The STARSIP or Sistem Tata Kelola Arsip in Indonesian is an Archive Management System that I made at the end of 2015 for one of the BUMNs that has a branch in Palembang. This application can be used in various sectors / sections / branches owned by the company so each branch have their own data.
What I Did?
- Build an archive management system from scratch that have features:
- CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) Data:
- General Archives
- Special Archives
- Archive Storage Location in detail which includes; warehouse, rack, and row
- Borrowing General/Special Archives
- User/Employee Management
- Archive loan reports
- CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) Data:
- Participated in pre-project analysis and technical assessments to validate creation of user-friendly interfaces.
- Scheduled meetings with clients to discuss website design preference and requirements.
